Is smoking allowed in the hotel? No, The Parlour Inn is 100% non-smoking, as are the public areas within the Inn.
Is parking available at The Parlour Inn? Yes, parking is available on-site and it is free for all guests. When are check-in and check-out times? Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. If you arrive early, we will do our best to get you into your room if it has been thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your visit. What is your reservation policy? A credit card is required at the time of your reservation to guarantee your booking. We require an advance deposit of one night room plus tax for stays that take place from May through October. For stays from November through April, no advance deposit is necessary. What is your cancellation policy? We offer full refunds for booking cancellations that occur 7 days before your stay from May through October. For stays from November through April, a cancellation must be made by 4 pm on the day of your reservation. Cancellations after 4pm will result in a charge of the full price of the room plus tax. Charges will be applied to the credit card you provided us when you booked your stay with us. What credit cards do you accept? We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.
What amenities are available in my room? We have everything you need to make your stay pleasant and feel like a true home away from home. Every guestroom has a 32” or 42” flat screen television, self-controlled air conditioning, alarm clock radio, bathrobe, hair dryer, high speed internet, iron and ironing board, Keurig coffee/tea machine, phone (local calls are complimentary) and premium bed linens, duvets and Comforel™ pillows.
