For meetings and events of every size and duration, The Parlour Inn has the perfect meeting space for it. Whether you need the space for a few hours or few days, we are happy to provide a comfortable meeting room and offer several different catering options.
We have three meeting spaces that accommodate meetings and events of all sizes. Our largest room is the Winston Churchill and it can accommodate up to 120 guests. Two smaller spaces are also available, the Windsor Room and the Patrick Room, and they are well-suited for smaller, more intimate events and meetings.

Complete program coordination – Our staff will help you customize any event with many different themes and will work with the space of your choice to make your guests as comfortable as possible. From coordinating guest speakers to ensuring your meal is served on time, we help you with even the most minor details to make your event go as smoothly as possible.
Audio/visual assistance – Sometimes setting up audio or video presentations can be stressful so we’ve taken all the stress out of this aspect of your event. One of our professional staff members will assist you with audio and visual setup and takedown, ensuring a quick, hassle-free presentation experience.
Projection Screens & Flipcharts – Your presentations will be top-notch when you use the latest technology to assist you. You’ll be able to engage your guests with visual presentations and we can also help you use the projection screen to display your laptop presentation. Flipcharts are a great add-on to your meeting because you’ll be able to make notes and connections for your guests.
TVs & DVD players – If you would like to offer your guests a visual presentation or show video clips, you’ll be able to use our high-quality TVs and DVD players to assist you. We’ll help you operate our systems to ensure that your presentation is stress and worry-free.
Fax and photocopy services – If you’d like any copies to be made for your guests, we’re happy to extend our fax and photocopy services to you. We’ll make copies on high-quality paper in colour or black and white, and can copy numerous types of items, such as: brochures, info sheets or anything else you may need.
Free parking on site – The Parlour Inn takes the stress out of finding parking for your meeting, event or conference. Your guests will have access to complimentary on-site parking so they’ll be able to make it to your event without worrying about finding an affordable parking space.
Full-service restaurant on site – The Parlour Inn Restaurant is one of Stratford’s best restaurants and will impress all your guests, should you choose to dine in house at the Parlour Inn. Alternately, we offer catering options for your guests if you’d prefer to serve snacks and meals in the conference room during your event.
